show curation
Got an idea for a show? Let's build it.
Whether you're creating a live production, performance, event or something completely original, we'll start by talking through your vision, how you want the audience to experience it and the role music will play throughout.
Once I have a clear understanding of the project, I'll provide a tailored quote based on what's involved.
Show curation projects typically require an initial payment before work begins, with the remaining balance due once my agreed work on the production has been completed.
Developing the Show
I'll build a complete working version of your show, shaping the music around your creative ideas from beginning to end.
This can include custom edits, remixes, transitions, musical accents, restructuring existing tracks, pacing, timing and anything else needed to support the overall flow of the production.
As rehearsals, workshops and creative development continue, the music can evolve alongside the show. New ideas come up, sections change, performances develop — and I'll continue refining the soundtrack wherever needed throughout the process.
The goal is to create a soundtrack that feels like it belongs to the production, supporting the creative vision from the first concept right through to the final performance.
Creative Collaboration
Whether you're a creative, producer, movement artist, performer, vocalist or part of a wider production team, I'll adapt to the way you like to work.
Some productions come together quickly, while others develop over months. However as the project unfolds, communication stays open throughout so the music continues to grow with the production.
Final Delivery
Once my work on the production has been completed, you'll receive the agreed project files in the formats required for the next stage of production.
Whether the music is ready for performance or being handed over as the creative blueprint for further production, everything will be prepared to support a smooth transition through to the final show.
